This a great 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex penthouse in Las Cumbres Riviera Del Sol. As you enter the property the fully equipped kitchen is on left with adjoining untility room with washing machine. The lounge/diner has a table,chairs,two sofas and patio doors to the balcony where you have view of Miraflores golf course.
Both downstairs bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds in each room and one has patio doors and adjoing balcony where you sit in the shade.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed,fitted wardrobes and its own shower room and outside there a large wrap around terrace with garden furniture, from here there are great views of the sea and the golf course.
This property consists of marble floors throughout, hot and cold airconditioning and underground parking.
Las Cumbres is a gated complex with well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool for tenants us.It is situated at the top of Riviera near the golf driving range and golf course. A selection of bars.restaraunts and shops are about a 15minute walk.From Las Cumbres you have easy access to the N340 and the toll road in Calahonda. Malaga Airport is only 30minute drive where you have selection car hire companies to get a hire.
There lots of places to visit in the area and lots activities like water parks and many more of interest.
