What a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex penthouse situated in El Faro just past Fuengrolia coming from the direction of Malaga Airport.

As you enter the property you go into a hallway with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted including a dish washer and a good size,adjoining there is a utilty room with a washing machine.The lounge has sky t.v and patio doors to the terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds and good views of the sea.

The master bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a double, fully fitted wardrobes you can also get to the terrace.The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The small terrace on the rear of the property shows views of the mountains.
Up the spiral metal staircase to the second bedroom (singles or double bed) there is a en suite bathroom and also another balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sea views.
Just a few minutes walk from Pinares there is a supermarket where you can get all you will need for your holiday and there is a selection of bars and restaraunts. The beach is about 15minutes walk from the property and there is some good beach side bars there. Pinares has very well kept gardens with sunbeds a good size communal swimming pool and a toddlers pool.
Fuengrolia is only 10 minutes by car or bus, you can find everything here you need including a harbour full of boats where you can take fishing, fun and sight seeeing trips.
If you play golf El Chapperal is less than 10 minutes away and there about another 10 courses in the area.
